eHajj PH Demonstration Portal
A prototype online system for organizing, monitoring, and managing the Hajj journey of Filipino pilgrims — from registration to approval.
This portal is a working demonstration prepared to support discussions on the future eHajj System of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF).
What This Demo Shows
The eHajj PH demo illustrates how a unified digital platform can simplify and organize Hajj administration for both pilgrims and government offices.
Pilgrim Registration & Dashboard
Pilgrims can register online, create a basic profile, and view a consolidated dashboard showing their personal details, application status, Statement of Account (SOA), and visa information.
HRPC & BPE Staff View
Authorized HRPC and BPE staff have a structured view of pilgrim profiles, enabling them to review applications, update records, and monitor registration progress in a more systematic manner.
Foundation for a National System
This portal serves as a proof-of-concept for a future full-scale eHajj System, aligned with good governance, accountability, and improved service delivery for the Muslim Filipino community.
End-to-End Process Overview
The demonstration follows an end-to-end flow that mirrors actual Hajj administration, while remaining focused and easy to understand for decision-makers and implementers.
Online Registration
The pilgrim completes an online registration form and creates a record in the system.
HRPC Review
HRPC staff review the submitted information, verify supporting details, and update the application status.
SOA & Payment Monitoring
A Statement of Account (SOA) can be issued and updated, providing a clear record of fees, payments, and balances.
Visa Processing
Visa-related information is logged and tracked, supporting better coordination and monitoring of visa status.
Final Clearance
Once all requirements are met, the application may be marked as approved, reflecting a complete digital trail of the process.
